As director of Strategic Alliances for Lexipol, Bruce drives partnership development across the nation, connecting fire and EMS agencies with the policy, training, and wellness resources they need to operate at the highest level. An instructor at the local, state, and national levels, Bruce is also founder of the “OG Society,” where he champions the principle “Leave It Better Than You Found It” (LIBTYFI). This guiding principle shapes every presentation he delivers, providing actionable steps that address the challenges public safety leaders face today.
